FAQs

What is the COVID-19 policy/ guidelines for the event?

We are looking to Town Hall Seattle's regularly updated COVID-19 Building Policies as they continue to follow guidelines and recommendations from the CDC, King County, and the City of Seattle. At this time, proof of vaccination (or proof of a negative PCR COVID test taken within 72 hours for those unable to be fully vaccinated) with matching photo ID and masking are required for attendees, and no food or drink will be served at the event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Visit: Town Hall Location, Directions, Parking. Please enter at the main entrance located on 8th Avenue.

Town Hall Seattle’s recent historic landmark renovations have prioritized accessibility. There is an at-grade entrance on 8th avenue with access to the lobby where the main event will be held. Restrooms are available for all genders and bodies, including ADA-accessible restrooms on the lobby level. Wheelchair and companion seats are available throughout the performance space. A new hearing loop system has been installed, and there is braille on permanent room signage.

If you would like to discuss physical or cognitive accessibility needs for this program, please e-mail AIA Seattle Programs Coordinator Andrea Aguilera at andreaa@aiaseattle.org.

When can I expect to receive the link to access the live stream?

For those who decide to purchase the live stream option, the private link for streaming will be sent via email 48 hours prior to the live event.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are not refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another guest if you are not able to attend.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Either printed tickets or mobile tickets will be accepted and scanned at the door.

How do I manage distributing group tickets?

The purchaser of group tickets is responsible for distributing an individual ticket to each attendee of choice. We recommend printing group tickets so that each individual is given a ticket with a unique QR code.

If I submitted a project to the Honor Awards, do I get to attend the live event for free?

Yes! Submitters receive one free ticket per project submission to distribute to whomever they choose. Submitters received their promo code shortly after submissions closed.

How do I access the event virtually if I am a remote ticket-holder?

Remote ticket-holders can expect to receive the private link for streaming via email 48 hours prior to the live event. Live streaming of the program will begin November 8 at 7pm PST.
